Located within the prestigious Clark Freeport Zone in the Philippines.

We are located within one of the few designated special economic zones (SEZ) in the Philippines.  Known as the Clark Freeport Zone, this economic zone is a master-planned airport-driven urban center touted as the next rising hub for tourism and industry in the Philippines.  It also happens to be the main host city for the 30th Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games).

A special economic zone is an area in which the business and trade laws are different from the rest of the country.   For example, being located within Clark Freeport Zone grants tax and duty exemptions to export company locators operating within the zone, of which we are one.  Such benefits mean that these companies can produce and trade goods at a lower price, aimed at being globally competitive.

Sublimation Face Mask Layers

Filling the gap for the face mask shortage.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve switched gears to include the manufacturing of customized cloth face masks.  Learn how to order your own customized face masks here.

Businesses and resellers can now make their own custom cloth face masks branded with their own graphics, logo, and colors.  Work with Tancorp Manufacturing, based in the Philippines, to design and manufacture your customized face masks in any bulk quantity desired.

This diagram image illustrates the construction of our cloth face masks. The front layer features a moisture-wicking, stay-dry polyester microfiber fabric. Microfiber is a tight weave made of man-made fibers spun into a very fine yarn, which creates an ultra-soft finish that is also allergen-proof.  This is the same fabric used in high thread count bedsheets and pillowcases.

The second layer is a cotton/polyester blend of fabric that is lightweight, comfortable, and moisture wicking. A filter (not included) can also be inserted through either side of the mask to allow for additional protection.  The elastic band and trim come in black or white colors.

MANUFACTURING IN THE PHILIPPINES

"The Philippines is seen as one of the markets in Southeast Asia to lead garment printing growth, especially following the trade war between the US and China."
